Our Background and Vision

Since our inception in 1999, CAIS has focused on providing insurance solutions for community associations. In 2007, we transitioned from a retail insurance agency to a wholesale insurance agency. CAIS was built by former retailers to serve our current retail partners. Our first-hand experience as retailers helped us understand the roadblocks associated with obtaining and delivering service to customers and presented a vision to offer fast and easy access to community association insurance products. In 2008, CAIS became a Managing General Agent (MGA), assisting both independent and captive insurance agencies throughout the United States with insurance products for community associations.
 

Our Technology and Solutions

In 2008, we developed our proprietary transaction portal MGAlive.com to make it easy for insurance agents to quote, bind, and issue policies within minutes. Visionary in concept, MGAlive.com provides easy-to-use automation for accessing community association insurance products and programs.

In 2011, MGAlive.com version 2.0 was launched and was upgraded to offer more products. Since then, CAIS made additional significant upgrades to our technology and product offerings, taking the utilization of our innovative transaction portal to a new level. Starting in 2018, agency partners now enter customer data one time to quote multiple products for a community association. MGAlive.com effectively became a ONE-STOP for agents to quote, bind, and issue multiple policies for a single customer; saving valuable time for our agents.
