Upon approval, your agency will have access to both agency quoting platforms:

Our Agency Onboarding Team will contact the designated Account Administrator and Authorized Signer if any additional information is needed to complete the approval process and issue portal credentials. Agency review and approval typically requires 24–72 business hours.
Required Insurance Documentation
If you did not upload your insurance certificates during the application process, please email them to contracts@mgalive.com. Include your agency name and the word "Cert" in the subject line. Example: Smith Agency Cert
Please provide:
Current Errors & Omissions (E&O) Declaration Page or Certificate
Carrier must maintain an A.M. Best rating of A- or better
Minimum required limit: $1,000,000
Current Employee Dishonesty Certificate of Insurance
Carrier must maintain an A.M. Best rating of A- or better
