CAIS & MGAlive Email affected by Microsoft Outage

Notice 1/22/26: Microsoft and other major internet services (such as AWS and Gmail) are experiencing a service disruption affecting multiple systems. These impacts are broad and may occasionally present in the following areas:

• Emails sent outside the organization may receive bounce backs

• Emails from an outside organization may not deliver and will need to be resent after the outage has cleared

Microsoft advised that this is an extended issue impacting much of North America with no eta for resolution. Their teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible. Our teams will continue to monitor the situation and provide pertinent updates as new information becomes available.
