CAIS cares about our customers! To make payments easier for the insured, we have added a Payments page on our website to make online payments by credit card or Checking Account. The insured or property manager can enter a policy number to pay one or multiple invoices for the same association.
On the Payments page, enter your policy number and click "Make a Payment". You will be redirected to our 3rd Party billing site to enter your payment information.
The Policy number is located on the invoice. See our sample below.
